I genuinely enjoy the seafood side of low carb living. The more the merrier. But fish can be pricey. Enter the Low Carb Tuna Salad recipe. While I don't consume a lot of canned tuna it can be a welcome and thrifty change-up on the menu.
I love this Low Carb Tuna Salad recipe because it's comfort food and it represents one of the few meals that can be thrown together quickly -- as in only 5 minutes. It's truly low carb fast food. You can't even get an order at a Mickey-D's that fast!
This recipe makes 2 nice servings and at just 164 calories and 4.9 carb (4 net carbs) per serving it's also easy on your carb budget too. (Avocado is extra! -- but worth it. 🙂 )
There is one sneaky ingredient that helps keep the carbs low and the salad moist, but you'd never guess it was in there by tasting it. Enjoy! -- Laura
