Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette
A light, fruity vinaigrette, perfect for a summer salad and delicious on Summer Berry Coleslaw.
Servings: 1 1/4 cups
Ingredients
- 10 large strawberries , sliced
- 1 ½ tsps . Dijon mustard
- 2 T balsamic vinegar
- 4 t . olive oil
- 2 tsps honey, or zero carb vanilla syrup
- pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on high till smooth and creamy.
- Drizzle over salad immediately.
Notes
If no fresh strawberries are available, use frozen.
