- 3 avocados , peeled and pitted
- 1/2 lemon , juiced
- 2 T salsa (mild, med. hot --your choice)
- 2 T plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp chopped garlic
- pinch salt , or to taste
In small mixing bowl, coarsely fork mash the avocados
Stir in all the other ingredients, till combined.
Serve immediately.
To make it milder: replace salsa with fresh chopped tomato. To make it hotter: add a dash of cayenne.
