Easy Golden Cornbread
Quick and easy, this cornbread is a bit of golden comfort food, especially covered in honey and butter.

- 2 1/4 cups Cornbread Mix-up
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter , softened or melted
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Prepare a 9” x 9” pan (or pie pan) with vegetable spray or shortening.
Stir all the ingredients together in a bowl until just mixed. (If it’s a little lumpy, that’s OK.)
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 15-18 minutes.
