White Chicken Chili Crockpot Recipe
This delicious White Chicken chili is excellent served over rice or with tortilla chips on the side.

- 3 frozen chicken breasts
- 1 can petite diced tomatoes
- 1 small can mild green chilies
- 1 can corn kernels , liquid and all
- 1 can black beans , drained and rinsed
- ½ chopped onion
- 3 T . Ranch dressing mix (or 1 packet)
- ½ tsp . cumin
- 1 t chili powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 8- oz pkg. cream cheese
Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
Pour over the top of chicken: tomatoes, green chilies, drained beans, corn, chopped onion.
Sprinkle over the top: The ranch dressing, cumin salt and chili powder.
Lay brick of cream cheese on top.
Cook on high 3-5 hours or cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Stir half way through cooking time to blend the ingredients.
Before serving: shred the chicken.
Serve in bowls or over rice.
