Salsa Chicken ~ Low Carb

skinless Chicken breasts

Salsa

Nonfat Greek Yogurt

Taco Seasoning

Colby-Jack Shredded Cheese
Instructions
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
spray a 9" x 9" with cooking spray.
Cut up chicken into bite-size pieces.
Sprinkle taco seasoning over chicken pieces and stir to coat.
Place seasoned chicken in pan.
In a small bowl mix salsa and yogurt, pour evenly over chicken
bake 40 mins at 375.
Then sprinkle with cheese on top and bake 10 more mins.
