Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. White Pepper
  • 2 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper opt

Instructions

  • In a small bowl stir spices together till thoroughly combined.
  • Pour mixture into a small jar.
  • Use to to sprinkle on pork chops before cooking.
