This is a silky smooth small batch chocolate buttercream frosting just the right size for frosting a 9" X 13" cake pan. It is fabulous on brownies.
The frosting should be easy to spread and yet hold its shape. If the frosting is too stiff, mix in 1 tsp. of milk at a time until it is smooth enough to spread. If is is too soft, add 1-3 T. powdered sugar to mixer until it will hold it's shape.
