Ingredients

  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Low Fat Ricotta
  • 1/2 cup Almond Meal/Flour
  • 3 tablespoons Coconut Flour
  • 1/4 tsp. Table Salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking Soda
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil warmed slightly

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients except coconut oil in blender.
  • blend till froth, about 30 seconds.
  • Add warmed coconut oil and blend for 15-30 seconds more.
  • Pour mixture into waffle maker according to manufacturers instructions.
