Heat the oven to 350°.

Grease a 9 x 9 inch baking pan.

Beat Goody Mix, egg and 3 T. butter in a large bowl until blended. (Dough will be dry, but hold together when pressed.)

Press 2/3 of dough into prepared pan. Set aside the remaining 1/3 dough.

In a microwave safe bowl, melt the sweetened condensed milk, chocolate and butter on high for 30 seconds. Stir and return to microwave for a few seconds until it stirs smoothly.

Pour mixture over crust.

Dollop the chocolate mixture with small spoonsful of the reserved dough mixture.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes until lightly browned.

Cool; cut into 24 bars.
