Ingredients
8ozlight cream cheese
2cupscookedchopped chicken
¼cupbarbecue saucecheck the label for carb count
¼tsponion powder
¼tspsalt
Paprika and parsley for garnishopt
Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, stir together chicken, cream cheese barbecue sauce, onion powder and salt, until thoroughly mixed.
Before serving, sprinkle barbecue chicken mixture with small pinches of paprika and parsley. Serve with raw cut up veggies, ie, celery, carrots, cucumber etc.
Refrigerate leftovers.
