Salad:

Instructions
Chop up chicken into bite-size bits.
Chop up celery.
Slice or chop strawberries and reserve some slices for garnish, if desired.
In a small bowl stir together the dressing ingredients. Set aside.
Stir together all the ingredients for the salad in a medium mixing bowl.
Pour the dressing over the salad and gently stir to coat.
Serve immediately and store leftovers in the refrigerator.
