- Quell a chocolate craving with this small batch cookie recipe of 4 satisfying types of chocolate in a delightful chewy oat base.
- Ingredients
- 1 C Oatie Mix-up
- 4 T . butter , softened
- 1/2 tsp . vanilla extract
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 T baking cocoa
- 1-2 tsps . water , if needed
- 2 T . each of white , milk, and semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a baking sheet with vegetable spray or baking parchment.
In a small mixing bowl, stir together Oatie mix-up, cocoa, butter, vanilla and egg yolks.
If mixture is too crumbly and doesn't hold together, stir in 1 or 2 teaspoons of water.
Stir in the chips.
Divide dough into 10-12 equal balls and place 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheet.
Bake 9-11 minutes till just set. Allow to cool slightly and serve warm.
Recipe can be doubled, if desired
