Ingredients

  • 4 cup Zucchini, shredded
  • 1 large Egg Whole
  • 1/2 tsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Freshly Shredded Parmesan
  • 1 cup Onions finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp fresh chopped basil
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  • In large mixing bowl, stir together shredded zucchini, onion, egg, basil, garlic, salt and grated Parmesan.
  • Form into 12 patties.
  • Fry in olive oil in large pan till patties are hot and golden on both sides.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with sour cream and Sriracha sauce on the side if desired
