Zucchini, shredded

large Egg
Whole

Chopped Garlic

Freshly Shredded Parmesan

Onions
finely chopped

fresh chopped basil

Sea Salt

Olive Oil
Instructions
In large mixing bowl, stir together shredded zucchini, onion, egg, basil, garlic, salt and grated Parmesan.
Form into 12 patties.
Fry in olive oil in large pan till patties are hot and golden on both sides.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Serve with sour cream and Sriracha sauce on the side if desired
