Pecan Crusted Baked Salmon

This simple recipe makes a moist and flavorful salmon fillet with a topping of toasted pecan goodness.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Salmon fillets
  • 4 T melted butter
  • 4 T lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • Topping:
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1/2 tsp chopped parsley opt

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  • prepare a 9" x 18" baking pan with vegetable spray.
  • Place clean, rinsed and dried salmon fillets in pan.
  • Stir melted butter and lemon juice together.
  • Spoon butter mixture gently over salmon.
  • Sprinkle a dash of lemon pepper seasoning on each fillet.
  • Stir parsley and chopped pecans together.
  • Sprinkle the pecan topping evenly over salmon fillets.
  • Place in oven for 18-22 minutes or until salmon is just cooked through and flakes with a fork.
