Pecan Crusted Baked Salmon
This simple recipe makes a moist and flavorful salmon fillet with a topping of toasted pecan goodness.

- 2 lbs. Salmon fillets
- 4 T melted butter
- 4 T lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1/2 tsp chopped parsley opt
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
prepare a 9" x 18" baking pan with vegetable spray.
Place clean, rinsed and dried salmon fillets in pan.
Stir melted butter and lemon juice together.
Spoon butter mixture gently over salmon.
Sprinkle a dash of lemon pepper seasoning on each fillet.
Stir parsley and chopped pecans together.
Sprinkle the pecan topping evenly over salmon fillets.
Place in oven for 18-22 minutes or until salmon is just cooked through and flakes with a fork.
