Ingredients
44 ozboneless pork chops
1tbspolive oil
1cancream of mushroom soup
1cupheavy whipping cream
1/2 tsp saltor Chop House Seasoning
1/4tsp pepper(optional)
1cupmushrooms, sliced
Instructions
Pat dry pork chops and sprinkle with salt and pepper or Chop House Seasoning.
Warm olive oil in a large 10"-12" skillet. and add chops, browning quickly over medium high heat on each side, about 5 minutess total.
Stir together the soup, cream and mushrooms and pour over the browned chops.
Bring the mixture to a near boiling simmer and then cover the skillet and turn the heat to low or whatever will keep the chop mixture on a gentle simmer.
