Ingredients

  • 4 4 oz boneless pork chops
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt or Chop House Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp pepper (optional)
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

Instructions

  • Pat dry pork chops and sprinkle with salt and pepper or Chop House Seasoning.  
  • Warm olive oil in a large 10"-12" skillet. and add chops, browning quickly over medium high heat on each side, about 5 minutess total.
  • Stir together the soup, cream and mushrooms and pour over the browned chops.
  • Bring the mixture to a near boiling simmer and then cover the skillet and turn the heat to low or whatever will keep the chop mixture on a gentle simmer.
  • Allow chops to simmer for 40 minutes.
