Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. sugar free Jello 4 serving size*
  • 1 pkg. unsweetened Kool-Aid*
  • 1/2 cup Splenda sweetener or other no-calorie choice.
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1 1/3 cups cold water

Instructions

  • Using a mixing bowl you can pour from or a large glass measuring cup:
  • Stir the dry sugar free Jello, Kool-Aid and Splenda together in the bowl.
  • Heat 1/2 cup water to boiling and pour over dry mixture.
  • Gently stir mixture till dissolved and clear.
  • Stir in the cold water.
  • Pour into Popsicle molds.
  • Place in freezer until frozen about 2 hours.
